    有关中央预算单位，各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局），新疆生产建设兵团财政局：

为进一步落实财务、资产管理有关要求，规范行政事业单位划转撤并的会计处理，更好地服务党和国家机构改革，根据《中华人民共和国会计法》、《行政事业性国有资产管理条例》、《行政单位财务规则》、《事业单位财务规则》和政府会计准则制度等相关规定，我部制定了《行政事业单位划转撤并相关会计处理规定》，现予以印发，请遵照执行。
